| VICTOR STANTON Exercise Specialist Victor Stanton BS, CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). Victor graduated from Marquette University with a degree in exercise science. During his time at Marquette University, Victor interned with Dr. Sandra Hunter in the Department of Neuromuscular Physiology assisting in research on muscle fatigue and gender differences. Victor was accepted into HCOP (Health Career Opportunity Program), a program developed to help students who learned English as a second language obtain a higher education. In HCOP he took several physical therapy graduate courses in which he quickly rose to the top of his class. Before joining the staff of JF Gymnastique, Victor interned full time with Peter Kupprion for 6 months. Having Peter as his mentor, he learned myofascial stretching and ELDOA techniques. He also worked for KOUP Strength alongside Peter putting into practice what he learned in his years of study. Victor is a certified Personal Trainer. He received certifications from the American Council on Exercise. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the highest recognized and respected certifying body in the United States. Victor is pleased to be part of the staff at JF Gymnastique and motivated to help you achieve your goals.
