• Corrective soft tissue treatment utilizing techniques such as Rolfing^®, structural integration, and Active Release Technique (ART)
• ELDOA instruction (ELDOA is a restorative exercise technique for the spine developed in France by Dr. Guy Voyer)
• Myofascial Stretching instruction as taught to Peter by Dr. Guy Voyer
• Semi-private mat Pilates and Yoga classes
